When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

All course bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
Payment for courses must be made at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations between 7-14 days before the course date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations less than 7 days before the course date.
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the option to transfer to another course date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gryndolia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
